JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Reception and guidance when customers come to the clinic Department.
  • Record information, store and manage customer records.
  • Receive and process information, respond to customers via phone.
  • Perform treatment payment procedures and make quotes for customers.
  • Deploy promotional information, introduce the company’s products and services to customers.
  • Understand customer needs, maintain and develop customer relationships to ensure the best customer service.
  • Perform other related tasks as required by management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Female, age 22 to 35
  • Good-looking, 1m60 tall
  • Graduated from high school or higher (know how to communicate Basic English is an advantage)
  • Clear and coherent communication.
  • Having an honest, friendly and enthusiastic attitude towards customers
  • Have a learning spirit, and receive additional training from the company on soft skills, customer communication skills, and professional skills.
