Human resource policy

Salary increase: Periodically review salary increase once a year. Salary increase review time is from the beginning of the year. Salary increase rate is based on the performance of the previous year.

Quarterly bonus: Every quarter, based on the KPI assessment results, the company will reward individuals and groups with good performance. In addition, the company also honors and awards certificates of merit for achievements during the period.
