JOB DESCRIPTION
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about suitable products or services.
- Answer questions about company products/services.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Accurately receive and process appointment bookings.
- Handle complaints to protect the company’s reputation.
- Prospecte customers and facilitate future sales.
- Keep records of calls and note that useful information is retained.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in Telesales or other sales/customer service role from another company.
- Experience tracking and demonstrating success in telephone sales quotas is preferred.
- Good use of computer software (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems is preferred.
- Ability to learn about products/services, describe/explain them to potential customers ability.
- Good English communication is an advantage.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to solve problems and resolve complaints.
